Lauren Juarez

Lauren Juarez is a Survival Swim Instructor with Knoxville Survival Swim Academy. She began teaching traditional swim lessons in 2001 and over the years saw that something was missing. After extensive research, the survival swim method was clearly the answer and completed the extensive training course in 2019. Having grown up in Southern California she remembers her first swim lessons at the age of 4 and not being comfortable in the water. This memory has helped her bring a gentle approach and understanding for children who find lessons difficult in the beginning.
